Business simulation "HR TRANSFORMATION"

GAME DESCRIPTION

Business simulation provides each participant an excellent opportunity to try themselves in a managerial role and assess their effectiveness in making complex strategic decisions. The enterprise's activity is modeled with a clear organizational structure and budget constraints on personnel management.

PURPOSE OF THE GAME

Maximize the accumulated revenue of the branch by the end of the game. Competing teams make decisions about staffing, rotation, promotion, selection, training, motivation of personnel. Form a general strategy, based on the budget, market conditions and personal characteristics of each employee.

FEATURES

All participants are divided into four competing teams of 4-6 people in each team. Each team acts as a board of directors who opened a branch in a new region. Participants will implement budget planning, staff recruitment, staff training, and perform efficiency calculations.
