GAME DESCRIPTION

In the business simulation "the Sunflowers" is modelled the activities of a manufacturing enterprise in a competitive environment with imitation of key business processes. Team build the strategy for the financial management of the enterprise to maximise profits.

THE GOAL OF THE GAME

The goal of project teams is to achieve the maximum profit. Participants are given the opportunity to build cross-functional collaboration, maintain a balance in their companies to deal with unforeseen situations and quickly solve difficult questions. Decisions about investment in production and marketing of products, niche positioning.

FEATURES

All participants are divided into teams of 5-7 people. The business simulation provides a high level of emotional involvement of the participants, who are completely immersed in the game environment and focus on achieving high results. This allows everyone to demonstrate their leadership and communication skills, organizational skills.
