CONTENT AND STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM

 

Module 1. Role and meaning of management in management cycle of the company


  • Conditions and prerequisites of managerial activity

  • Determination of management and leadership, process and socially aligned approaches in management

  • Efficiency providing cyclic functions and dynamic functions of the productivity


Module 2. Evaluation of capabilities and potential of the employee

 
  • Evaluation approaches: interview, assessment center
  • Communication techniques in manager’s work
  • Structure interview method: techniques of opening questions
 

Module 3. Motivation and engagement of the personnel


  • Definition of operational motivation systems

  • Motivation through fear and management through stimulation – benefits and limitations of these approaches. Self-diagnostics the leading motive of the manager

  • Engagement management specifics through corporate culture. Determination of archetypes, it’s role in leadership as a technology of the personnel loyalty building

  • Engagement management trough basic motives: trends in personnel motivation

  • System approach in personnel motivation of the company – Whom, What, How

 

Module 4. Efficiencyandresultachievementcontrol


  • Features of managerial control function. Specifics of prior, mid-step and final control

  • Determination of defined point and control tools

  • Situation management model. Life cycle of the employee and management styles

  • Situation control model as a tool for managerial resources optimization

 

METHOD

Training– active form of learning based on the materials of the professional experience of the participants.
